Lindsey Taylor brings over a decade of hands-on engineering, manufacturing, and operational leadership experience to the executive search space. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, one of the nation's premier engineering schools, and an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lindsey has spent her career solving complex problems across some of the most demanding industries in the world, including mining, precision firearms manufacturing, and heavy equipment.
Throughout roles at Komatsu Mining, Carter Machinery (Caterpillar), and Sturm Ruger, Lindsey built a reputation as someone who drives measurable results. She has led cross-functional teams, managed multi-million dollar capital projects, built quality and continuous improvement systems across 30+ locations, and delivered cost savings well into the millions. That breadth of experience from the shop floor to the strategy table, gives her a rare ability to assess not just a candidate's credentials, but whether they can truly perform.
Her move into executive search was a natural evolution. A problem solver at her core, Lindsey is energized by helping companies find the next critical piece of their puzzle - the right leader at the right moment. She understands what it takes to build high-performing teams because she has built and led them herself.
Lindsey is based in North Carolina. When she's not connecting great companies with great talent, she enjoys traveling with her family, soaking in new cultures and places, and returning home to Seven, her 11-year-old bow-tie-wearing Kuvasz who takes his role as household CEO very seriously.
