Debbie is an expert rail, transportation and mobility executive recruiter/head-hunter, passionate business professional, and entrepreneur. She has had great success helping organizations grow by bringing to the table front-line expertise and leadership from large corporate structures, investor-funded start-ups, and professional service organizations. In addition, she provides insight to teams by leveraging experience as an Ad Hoc faculty member at major universities, in community leadership positions and has worked on six different continents.

Debbie, a life-long learner, earned her B.S., Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. Additionally, she draws on her twenty-five years’ experience leading organizations and her deep network of relationships across the country to help her clients identify and attract current and next generation leaders.

Debbie’s clients include manufacturing, technology, private equity, finance organizations, shippers, engineering and infrastructure firms, services companies, railroads, transit operators and many, many more. While most of her work is helping North American companies, Debbie has many international clients.

Debbie and her husband have four grown children who are now pursuing each of their individual dreams. As a family they enjoy adventure travel, the outdoors, reading and sailing to remote places on the globe.

Julie Stoer brings 27 years of expertise in business management, revenue cycle, quality improvement, strategic planning, human resources, and leadership roles in various organizations. She is able to quickly identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with key stakeholders. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a passion for operational excellence, and leveraging interpersonal skills. Julie continues to be inspired by the relationships she builds and the lives she affects every day. Her ultimate goal is to provide superior service for her clients and candidates, so that they in return deliver superior service to others.

 Julie earned her B.S. in Business Administration with two concentration areas of Management and Human Resources from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA.

 When she’s not working, Julie enjoys traveling, boating, gardening, baseball, or adventuring around with her fur babies, Maddie and Gracie – petite Pugs who are sisters with big personalities.

Maria Flores-Harris, Ph.D. is a native of Galveston, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin (BA) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (SM) before entering the U.S. Army. She served four years as a tactical intelligence officer in the U.S. and overseas prior to joining a Houston search firm in 1991.

She has over 30 years of combined academic-professional search experience - almost 20 of that specializing in credentialed faculty, academic/professional staff, and executive administrative academic search. She earned her doctorate at Rice University (1998).

Maria retired from higher ed recruiting in December 2020 and joined Debbie Taylor's Rail and Transportation recruiting team in 2021, embarking on a new career in rail and transportation search. She is an avid reader, walker, and consumer of Retro Reel classic movies. She is based in the Houston, Texas area.

Erin Lundquist is a native of Fremont, Nebraska and brings years of journalism and marketing expertise to the Taylor Transportation Search Group team. Most recently her career focuses on the rail, transportation, infrastructure, and mobility recruiting. She is a graduate of Asbury University, and worked as an education reporter and marketing associate before transitioning to the recruiting field.

Erin enjoys using her skills to help clients and candidates find their employment match.

In her downtime, she enjoys watersports, hiking & spending time with family.

Judi Sunshine brings over three decades of expertise in marketing communications, public relations, and business management. Throughout her diverse career, Judi has consistently demonstrated a passion for creativity and operational excellence. Her journey began with a successful tenure at a global high-tech company, where her strategic marketing initiatives earned her a place on the company’s Wall of Fame.

Judi’s entrepreneurial and innovative spirit eventually led her to start her own business in a niche market of a new industry, which she has successfully operated for over 13 years. She is an active member of several industry and professional organizations and has shared her expertise as a guest speaker at industry conventions worldwide.

With a degree from the University of Minnesota, leadership roles in various organizations, and professional experience across multiple industries, Judi blends strategic thinking with creative execution, driving success in every endeavor.

Nicole, originally from New Jersey, has been living in South Carolina for the past fifteen years. She transferred from Rutgers University to the University of South Carolina to finish her B.A. in Psychology. Upon graduating, she found herself drawn to real estate in a myriad of roles. Her time in that sector brought her a wealth of experience in relationship building and understanding client needs. Having this experience honed her ability to match the right opportunity with the right person.

Nicole and her husband are raising three children and now that they are older, Nicole is excited to be starting a new career as an Executive Recruiter and be on TTSG’s team.

While Nicole is not listening to the adventures of her children’s day, she enjoys practicing yoga, gardening and exploring new destinations with her family. In 2020, Nicole joined the Junior League of Columbia where she cultivated a love for volunteerism. She held multiple leadership roles within the league that has directly impacted her community beyond measure.
