Beth brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the transportation industry, with deep expertise in rail operations, infrastructure, customer experience, workforce development, technology advancement, and fare payment systems. At MTA Long Island Rail Road, she held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Transportation Officer and Vice President of Operations Support and Organizational Planning.
A consistent focus of Beth’s career has been developing people and organizations. She has a strong track record of identifying and cultivating talent, building high-performing teams, and mentoring employees through career transitions and leadership growth. Beth holds a B.S. from Clemson University and an MBA from Dowling College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating, and learning to play pickleball.
